Site Preparation
During the pre-construction phase, Tactical will assess the site’s topography, soil composition, and the requirements of the project to determine the best method for excavation. Using heavy machinery, we will remove soil and rock from the site and confirm the foundation is safe and stable. As the first step in the construction process, Tactical will properly execute your excavation to help prevent future problems and ensure the success of your project!
Before your project begins, Tactical will designate a Project Manager who will serve as a single point of contact for multiple trades and ensure communication with you from start to finish resulting in a turnkey project.
